This outfit reminded me of Britney Spears and her first hit classic "Hit Me Baby One More Time".
It was a fun look...and if you look close enough you can see where the skirt is fraying at the bottom. Minutes before I popped this baby on, I decided it needed a little "snip snip". It came down to my knees before.
